About Lawyer
Tochi Nwaokocha is a litigation lawyer at the downtown Toronto office, having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2022. His area of practice is insurance defence litigation. Tochi received his undergraduate degree from Lakehead University in 2017. He went on to obtain his J.D. from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law, Lakehead University in 2021. Tochi was called to the Ontario bar in 2022.
During law school, Tochi participated in numerous student associations and initiatives, notably as Vice President of the Law Students’ Society and the founding President of Lakehead’s Black Law Students Association.
Personal Interests
Tochi’s personal interests include spending quality time with family and friends, skiing, and the beautiful game of soccer.
