About Lawyer

Shawn's area of practice with Aviva Trial Lawyers is insurance defence litigation.

 

Shawn joined Aviva Trial Lawyers after working at a prominent boutique personal injury firm for 7 years, involving wrongful death, MVA, occupiers’ liability and product liability claims. He was also second chair on two jury trials and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

 

Prior to law school and his call to the bar, Shawn played professional hockey for 16 years, including time in the OHL, CIS, ECHL and in Europe.

Personal Interests

Shawn enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, hockey, golf and discussing current events.
