About Lawyer
Sam Pevalin joined Aviva Trial Lawyers as Litigation Counsel in 2026. He received his Bachelors of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University in 2020, his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2023, and was called to the bar in 2024.
During law school, Sam worked at three community legal clinics representing clients at the Landlord Tenant Board, Human Rights Tribunal, Social Benefits Tribunal, and people charged under the Provincial Offences Act.
As counsel, Sam has a broad range of files, working across all areas of Aviva Trial Lawyer’s practice. He’s appeared before the License Appeal Tribunal, Ontario Small Claims Court, and Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Sam enjoys running marathons and watching the Toronto Argonauts.
