Rosemary Book is a senior lawyer at the Markham office. She joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2025. Prior to working at Aviva Trial Lawyers, she worked as in-house counsel for a large insurance company. Prior to focusing her practice on insurance defence litigation, she worked as a plaintiff lawyer for seven years. Rosemary’s litigation practice is currently specialized in accident benefits. Rosemary has conducted trials in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has appeared before the Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Social Benefits Tribunal.
