About Lawyer

Rojin is Litigation Counsel at the Toronto office having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in early 2026. Rojin received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, with a concentration in Human Resources. She went on to obtain her J.D. from Western University in 2024 and was called to the bar in June 2025.

While in law school, Rojin was affiliated with multiple student associations and programs such as the Western Law Exchange Student Program, and participated in various moots, such as the Torys LLP Negotiation Competition. Rojin was also involved in Community Legal Services as a Case Worker, providing legal services to Western University students and low-income individuals in the community.
