About Lawyer

Pamela is senior counsel in the Accident Benefits Group at Aviva Trial Lawyers (ATL), having joined in May 2019.  Prior to this, Pamela was a partner at a prominent law firm in Hamilton.

Pamela is a graduate of McMaster University (Honours B.A.) and the University of Windsor (LL.B.).  

Pamela was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 1996 where she practiced civil litigation, with an emphasis on insurance defence and insurance related litigation.

Pamela was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2003.  Since then, she has practices almost exclusively in the area of accident benefits with an emphasis on defending catastrophic and complex claims.  Pamela has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the License Appeal Tribunal and has conducted loss transfer and priority arbitrations.

Pamela is a frequent speaker at both legal and insurance industry seminars dealing with navigating the ever-changing accident benefits regime in Ontario.

Pamela enjoys snowboarding, golfing and spending time with family and friends.
