About Lawyer

Nicole Rogers is Associate Practice and Senior Litigation Counsel in the London office, having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2019.  Nicole leads a team of exceptional junior lawyers in the London and Oakville offices, in the practice area of civil litigation with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, property damage and municipal matters. Nicole received an undergraduate degree (with distinction) in Philosophy from Western University in 1998. She went on to obtain an LL.B. from Western in 2001, where she worked as student editor on the Canadian Journal of Law and Jurisprudence and earned the highest standing in jurisprudence in her graduating class.

Nicole is a member of the Advocates’ Society, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the Ontario Bar Association. She most recently received the City of London City Manager’s Award of Excellence for Collaboration in Strategic Planning, and sits on a number of committees including as a Trustee of the Middlesex Law Association where she co-chairs the personal injury committee.  Nicole is a question writer for the LSO’s Bar Admissions Examination – Civil Section, maintains a keen interest in teaching and mentoring, and is a frequent speaker at continuing education programs.

Personal Interests

Nicole’s personal interests include coffee, red wine, and music.  An avid traveler, she spends her free time exploring beaches, museums, and restaurants.
