About Lawyer
Nicole D. Rogers is a senior litigation counsel at the London, Ontario office having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2019. Her area of practice is civil litigation with a focus on motor vehicle accidents, property damage and municipal matters. Nicole received an undergraduate degree (with distinction) in Philosophy from Western University in 1998. She went on to obtain an LL.B. from Western in 2001, where she earned the highest standing in Jurisprudence, and was called to the bar in 2002. Before joining Aviva Trial Lawyers, Nicole spent 7 years in-house at the City of London as litigation counsel, and prior that worked for 10 years in mid-sized insurance defence firms. Nicole is a member of the Advocates’ Society, Canadian Defence Lawyers and the Ontario Bar Association. She most recently received the City of London City Manager’s Award of Excellence for Collaboration in Strategic Planning, and is actively involved in the YWCA of St. Thomas-Elgin and the Clan Donald Lands Trust of Armadale Castle in Scotland.
Personal Interests
Nicole’s personal interests include reading, red wine and chauffeuring her three daughters to various activities. She sits as a board member of the YWCA (St. Thomas-Elgin), Clan Donald Canada, the Clan Donald Lands Trust (Scotland), and is a member of the Regional Owner Representatives board of Libro Credit Union.
