About Lawyer

Nick Grant is litigation counsel at the Dartmouth office, having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2022. Prior to this he was a litigation associate at Stewart McKelvey, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. His area of practice is commercial and insurance litigation.  Nick received an undergraduate degree in English from Mount Allision University in 2013. He went on to obtain a J.D. from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2017 and was called to the bar in Nova Scotia in 2018. Nick has appeared in the Small Claims, Provincial, and Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, representing various businesses, individuals, and insurers in commercial and insurance litigation.
