About Lawyer

Navjot Kaur is a lawyer at the Toronto office having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in July 2022. Prior to this she worked with the Crown at the Ministry of the Attorney General. Her area of practice is litigation. Navjot received her undergrad degree from York University in 2018 where she was on the Dean’s list for academic excellence. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Ottawa in 2021, where she also completed the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Professionalism Study Option. Navjot was called to the bar in 2022. Navjot has trial experience and in her previous roles has assisted counsel in the Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, and the Small Claims Court.

Personal Interests

In addition to practicing law, Navjot enjoys painting, photography and baking.
