About Lawyer

Nabila is Counsel at the Markham office having jointed Aviva Trial Lawyers in May 2016. Prior to this Nabila practiced in Plaintiff personal injury litigation in the areas of torts, accident benefits and property damage. Her area of practice at ATL is Insurance defence litigation with a focus in Accident Benefits.  Nabila has appeared before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Small Claims Court and the Licence Appeal Tribunal. 

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Nabila enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, the outdoors and reading.
