About Lawyer

Michael Vargas is a lawyer at the Toronto office having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2022. Prior to this he worked as a lawyer at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto. His area of practice is insurance defence litigation. Michael received his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in 2011. He went on to obtain an LLB from the University of Liverpool in 2018 and was called to the bar in 2021. Michael has appeared as counsel in the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court. 

Personal Interests

Michael’s personal interests include Toronto sports teams, gaming, media as well as hiking and playing squash, volleyball and baseball.
