About Lawyer

Jessica Radersma articled with a boutique personal injury law firm, then remained there as an associate lawyer after her call to the Ontario Bar in 2016. In 2021, Jessica joined an insurance defence law firm where she also handled subrogation matters. She joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2023. Jessica has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court and Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. She was a member of the Hamilton Law Association’s New Lawyers’ Subcommittee from 2019 to 2021 and chaired the 2021 New Lawyers’ Roundtable.

Jessica enjoys hiking and horseback riding.
