About Lawyer

H. Cooper Rush is a Litigation Counsel at the Toronto office having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2022. Prior to this he worked at a full-service boutique firm in Hamilton. His area of practice is insurance defence litigation. Cooper received undergrad degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2018. He went on to obtain both a Canadian and US law degree from the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy, where he graduated from the Dual JD program in 2021 and was called to the bar in April 2022.

Personal Interests

Cooper’s personal interests include hockey, golf, and dogs.
