About Lawyer
Gillian is Counsel at the Toronto office. Prior to joining Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2018, she worked as a personal injury lawyer. Gillian received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from Queen’s University in 2011, majoring in English. She went on to obtain a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario in 2014 and was called to the bar in 2015. Gillian has appeared as lead counsel on Superior Court of Justice jury trials and has appeared before Small Claims Court, the Social Securities Tribunal and the Licence Appeals Tribunal. She has written for The Advocates’ Journal, Law Times and The Litigator.
