About Lawyer

Gavin is Litigation Counsel at the Toronto office. Prior to joining Aviva Trial Lawyers, he articled and then worked as an associate at a large full-service firm acting on behalf of provincial regulators, employers, and commercial entities.

Gavin has appeared before several provincial tribunals/courts and has trial experience at both the Ontario Superior Court and Ontario Small Claims Court.  Since becoming counsel, Gavin has maintained a full insurance defense practice of auto, commercial liability, fraud, and property damage claims.

Personal Interests

Gavin is an avid, albeit average tennis player. He enjoys time spent outdoors with friends and family (even in the winter).
