About Lawyer

Connor Walton is a Litigation Counsel at the Toronto office, having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers as an articling student in 2020. Prior to this, he was a summer associate at a boutique personal injury and real estate law firm in Toronto.  His area of practice is insurance defence litigation. Connor received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Western Ontario, graduating with distinction in 2017. He went on to obtain both a Canadian and US law degree at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy, where he graduated from the Dual JD program in 2020.

While at law school, Connor was a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Justice Maceroni at the 16th Circuit Court of Michigan, as well as an advocate in the Veterans Affairs legal clinic. Further, he was named a distinguished oral advocate at the G. Mennen Williams Moot Court Competition.     

Connor has appeared at various levels of court including the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court.

Personal Interests

Connor’s personal interests include golf, skiing, travelling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
