Claudio is a driven, sagacious, and trusted litigator. He started his career working in a law firm specializing in subrogation and insurance defence, and has experience managing Small Claims, Superior, and Federal Court matters. With an emphasis on subrogation, Claudio maintains a diverse practice handling claims involving flood and fire losses, product liability, motor vehicle collisions, and more.  

Claudio supports his clients with insightful and comprehensive assessments, concise and regular communications, and pragmatic solutions to complex issues. In addition, Claudio has a keen thirst for knowledge, which keeps himself and his team informed of the latest developments in civil litigation, as he maintains and monitors the Subrogation Department’s research bulletins and database.
