About Lawyer

Austin Roncali is a litigation lawyer at the Oakville office, having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2025. Prior to this, he worked at a prominent and well-established personal injury firm in Toronto. Austin’s area of practice is insurance defence litigation. Austin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Guelph in 2017. He went on to obtain his LLB from Queens University Belfast in 2019 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2022.

During law school, Austin participated in numerous student associations, including the ADR society and the student law journal. Since graduating, Austin has maintained an active role in Queen’s University Belfast’s alumni association as a student liaison officer. 

Personal Interests

Austin’s personal interests include spending quality time with family and friends, travelling, playing hockey and golf, and following his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs.
