About Lawyer

Andrew McCutcheon is Aviva Trial Lawyers’ National Managing Counsel. He manages the capacity, performance, and quality of service provided by ATL.

Andrew maintains a litigation practice dedicated to defending malpractice claims brought against public and private sector healthcare institutions and the registered health professionals who work for them. He has written on topics such as covert surveillance, psychological injuries, and the use of social media as evidence at trial. He previously worked in the litigation department of a large full-service firm where he litigated medical malpractice, administrative law, criminal, professional discipline and privacy matters.

Personal Interests

Andrew’s interests include strength training, golf, cross-country skiing, coffee and bicycle tourism.
