Mohamed is an insurance defense lawyer, specializing in accident benefits at Aviva Trial Lawyers. He joined the Toronto office in 2018, with a practice that focuses on complex accident benefits litigation, fraud investigations, and priority disputes.
Prior to joining ATL, Mohamed was a lawyer for a prominent law firm in Toronto where he handled various tort, property, defamation and intellectual property matters.
Mohamed obtained his undergraduate degree from York University (2006), and went on to earn his LL.B from the University of Windsor (2009) as well as an LL.M from the University of Toronto (2012). While in law school, Mohamed was awarded several advocacy distinctions and published a number of articles in domestic, international, and peer-reviewed journals. He is a former President of the University of Windsor Students’ Law Society and was also a judicial law clerk for the Honourable Justice Roger Hughes of the Federal Court.
After being called to the Ontario Bar in 2010, Mohamed has dedicated his practice to emphasize a unique, client-focused, style of diligent advocacy. Mohamed believes in providing legal advice tailored to a practical approach to achieve quality results.
