Mick is a lawyer at the King Street office having returned to Aviva Trial Lawyers in April 2018, after having previously worked for the company from 2009 to 2012. In between his tenure at Aviva, Mick worked as Litigation Counsel at at a well known Plaintiff’s firm for almost 6 years. His area of practice is civil litigation with a focus on bodily injury and property damage claims. Mick received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens in 1999, and a Bachelor of Sports Management from Brock University in 2001. He went on to obtain LLB from the University of Windsor in 2007 and was called to the bar in 2008. Mick has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario, having worked on a variety of appeals, in addition to jury and non-jury trials.
