About Lawyer

Hamdi Moalim is a lawyer at the Toronto office having joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2022. Prior to this, she articled at the Ministry of the Attorney General. Her area of practice is insurance defence litigation. Hamdi received an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with High Distinction from the University of Toronto in 2016 and a Master of Library and Information Science degree from Western University in 2018. She went on to obtain a Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2021 and was called to the bar in 2022. Hamdi has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and Ontario Labour Relations Board.
