Anna Monaenkova is Litigation Counsel at the Toronto office. Prior to joining Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2019, Anna articled and practiced at a prominent Toronto litigation law firm. Anna enjoys a broad civil litigation practice and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice as well as the Small Claims Court.
Anna received her undergraduate degree from Ryerson University where she was President of the Criminal Justice Students’ Association, President of V-Day and was an elected Board Member of the Ryerson Students’ Union. After completing her undergraduate degree, Anna worked as a full-time 911 Call Taker with the York Regional Police. She went on to earn her juris doctor degree from the University of Windsor and was called to the bar in June of 2018. While in law school, Anna volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, was a member of LEAF and completed a clerkship at the Newmarket courthouse.
Anna’s personal interests include travelling, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
