About Lawyer

Anna Kirovska joined Aviva Trial Lawyers in 2019, after being in private practice. Anna has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has appeared before various levels of court. Since joining ATL, Anna developed a diverse insurance litigation practice, including defending Occupiers’ Liability Act action, complex motor vehicle accident action, cases involving fatalities, OPCF-44R claims, product liability and property damage claims. Anna continues to pursue interest in alternative dispute resolution.

Anna enjoys keeping fit, trotting the globe, and indulging in the Great Canadian outdoors.
